Sigma Tools is engaged in the manufacture of precision High Speed Steel (H.S.S.) cutting tools. For more than thirty years, we have strived to provide the engineering industry with reliable and quality cutting tools for a wide spectrum of operations.

We are having the facility for optical profile grinding, thread grinding and relief grinding. With these facilities it is possible to manufacture a wide variety of tools for turning, milling, reaming, threading and hobbing operations.

We procure the finest grades of H.S.S. The complete sequence of heat treatment of H.S.S. like pre-heating, hardening & tempering is carried out in-house in electrically controlled Salt Bath furnaces. This imparts excellent toughness along with hardness for a better tool life. Each and every tool is subjected to constant stage inspection and almost 100% final inspection prior to despatch.

The adherence to quality and timely deliveries has made it possible to have many of the largest engineering conglomerates repeatedly prefer our tools.

More than seventy percent of our production is of special / non standard cutting tools made to specific drawings of our customers. Close interaction with each customer helps us in meeting their expectations to the fullest.
